Family Education and Resource Mapping

I help parents, caregivers, and their neurodivergent children navigate the complex landscape of supports and services to find the resources that affirm their child's identity and support their most meaningful life.

Through neurodivergent guidance, personalized recommendations, and compassionate support, I help families make informed decisions that honor who their child is- not who the system expects them to be. Sessions are 50 minutes and offered virtually or in nature upon request.

How it Works

1

Exploration

Call

To explore whether this is right for you, we’ll schedule a free 30-minute video or phone consultation. We’ll talk about your needs and goals. It’s a great time to ask questions and share potential areas of focus for working together. If we feel that it’s a fit, we’ll talk about next steps.

2

Listening

Session

We’ll start with a blend of an interview and working session which will provide a more detailed understanding of your child’s lived experiences and how to best support you. Topics are approached from a neuro-affirming lens and include:

• Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC)
• IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, and accessible instruction
• Homeschooling, unschooling, and self-directed learning
• Sensory support & regulation
• Therapies
• Strengthening your relationship with your child
• Easy-to-understand and individualized knowledge about autism

Action

After our call, you'll receive a clear action plan and any necessary referrals. You’ll either run with it on your own or I’ll support you through execution.

I want my child to become the best version of himself, and the only way that he can do that is if he has all the tools and access to resources that will help him get there; and if that one sentence doesn’t speak to this, then I don’t know what does.”

-Rhianna, parent

This is for you if you are:

Exploring options
You’re trying to figure out how to best support your child and want to be aware of all of the options available to you.
Seeking Direction
You’re overwhelmed by choice or the task of identifying the best options for your child.
Needing Communication
Your minimally speaking autistic child has been labeled “nonverbal” and does not have a reliable means to fully express their thoughts, questions, dreams, and resistance in their own words.
Craving Change
You have been guided towards the go-to, mainstream supports and services that benefit systems, are frustrated with a lack of progress, or wanting more for your child. You’re looking to make a change based in your child's lived experiences and the latest research on the science of autism.
Wanting to Affirm
You want to encourage your neurodivergent child to be their true self.

“Communication is more than talking. It's the lifeline to love, friendship, needs, and success."

Pricing

Pricing is designed to make services as financially accessible as possible. We invite you to self-assess your access to financial resources and choose a rate that is possible for you.

Mutual Aid Donation Rate | $ 200

If you are able to redistribute wealth to community through our mutual aid fund and help ensure we can offer accessible rates to others.

Sustainable Rate | $ 100

The "regular rate," which covers the cost of providing the service. It can be paid in full, or via a payment plan. A payment plan allows you to pay in multiple, smaller amounts over a specific amount of time, rather than paying the full amount upfront. Payment plans are used to make services more affordable by spreading the cost over time.

Accessible Rate | Pay-what-you-can

Accessible rates are below the cost of providing the service, and for people with less access to financial resources who cannot commit to a payment plan. This rate is made possible by accessing community wealth through mutual aid. Contact to make arrangements.
